All orders are processed within 2–4 business days after order confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
2. Delivery Time
Estimated delivery times are:
- Major Cities: 2–4 business days
- Other Areas: 3–7 business days
Delivery times may vary due to weather conditions, courier delays, or other unforeseen circumstances.
3. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed during checkout before you complete your order. We may also offer free shipping on selected products or promotional campaigns.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive tracking details via SMS, email, or WhatsApp (where available), allowing you to monitor your shipment.
5. Delivery Attempts
Please ensure that the shipping information you provide is accurate. If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to an incorrect address or the recipient being unavailable, additional delivery charges may apply.
6. Cash on Delivery (COD)
We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) on eligible orders across Pakistan. Payment must be made to the courier at the time of delivery.
7. Delays
